A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Integrations & Strategic Growth Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies aligned with business objectives and M&A goals
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and standardize reporting to maintain initiative health dashboards
• Establish foundational PMO processes and maintain a centralized repository for program artifacts

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of project or program management experience in complex environments
• Proven track record in leading large-scale initiatives such as M&A integrations
• Experience working closely with C-level or senior executives
• Analytical skills and financial acumen with proficiency in Excel preferred
• Familiarity with managing through ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
