Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile-centric products in complex domains
• Proven ability to lead projects independently from discovery through delivery
• Strong product instincts balancing user needs, product goals, and business outcomes
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Replit, or similar
• Background in financial products, government benefits, or regulated industries is a plus
