Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the digital shopping experience while balancing the needs of a four-sided marketplace

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consumer-facing digital product design, preferably in retail or commerce
• 4+ years of experience managing multi-discipline teams of 5 or more
• Proven ability to set and evolve product experience vision through strategic storytelling and design frameworks
• Expertise in structuring and managing design roadmaps and adapting to new opportunities
• Strong background in fostering collaboration and inclusivity within design teams
