Senior Pega Decisioning Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pega Decisioning Architect to lead the design and implementation of decisioning strategies within Pega Customer Decision Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish architecture and design of decisioning strategies using Pega CDH, including Next-Best-Action and adaptive models
• Define and implement engagement policies, arbitration rules, and predictive models to optimize customer interactions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer engagement goals into scalable decisioning frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Pega implementations, with at least 3 years focused on Pega CDH
• Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (PCDLDA) or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of NBA, propensity models, and real-time decisioning
• Experience with Pega Strategy Designer, Adaptive Decision Manager, and Interaction History
• Proficiency in integrating Pega CDH with external data sources and APIs
