Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal/Legal Assistant II to join a federal prosecution team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized legal research and writing on complex criminal and civil matters
• Utilize automated legal research tools and electronic discovery platforms for case preparation
• Assist in evaluating case referrals, identifying evidence gaps, and recommending strategies

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in legal research and writing, particularly in litigation
• Proficiency with legal research databases and electronic discovery tools
• Strong understanding of federal legal procedures and litigation strategy
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field; paralegal certification or JD preferred
• Experience working with government agencies or in a prosecutorial environment is a plus
