Senior Oncology Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Oncology Business Intelligence Analyst to advance their data strategy through analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
• Maintain and evolve data pipelines and develop SQL-based semantic models for scalable analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, MIS, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Strong understanding of oncology data and experience with EHR and pharmacy systems
