Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist - CRO/UX Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to enhance user acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Own the experimentation roadmap by identifying opportunities and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UX improvements based on testing insights

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and CRO in a direct-to-consumer business
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
• Strong background in hypothesis-driven experimentation and running tests at scale
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work and results from testing
