Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi Function Manufacturing Support Team Member Sr - Level 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Supervisors and Workforce in the C-130J Mid/Mate Area with a focus on structural and electrical installations
• Utilize Earned Value Management tools to identify and implement improvements in work processes and waste reduction
• Facilitate self-directed work teams and provide training in core skill areas to enhance team proficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in manufacturing operations, particularly in structural and electrical installations
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management tools
• Ability to develop and implement crew plans to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements
• Experience in facilitating training and process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with customer interaction regarding product planning and problem resolution
