Senior Manager, Supply Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve procurement practices, manage sourcing processes, and analyze spend for opportunities
• Lead sourcing events, negotiate supplier agreements, and collaborate with organizational leaders for cost-saving initiatives
• Manage supplier relationships and develop procurement programs that align with corporate initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain theories and principles
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of facilities maintenance services categories
• Understanding of contract terms and federal law
• Advanced knowledge of RFI and RFP processes, including scope of work generation
• Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
