Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with the organization's long-term objectives
• Oversee multiple transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track the progress of transformation initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible management experience in transformation strategies
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders
• Experience in project management and change management processes
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating executive-level communications and business cases
