Senior Manager of Industry Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Industry Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team to build and scale expertise across AECO, D&M, and M&E sectors
• Develop and execute industry enablement strategies to enhance seller and partner understanding
• Design and deliver various enablement programs, incorporating adult learning best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications in Education, Business, or related field is a plus
• 7 years of experience in sales enablement, industry enablement, learning and development, or program management
• 3 years of experience leading high-performing, globally distributed teams
• 2 years of people management experience
• Deep understanding of enablement frameworks and adult learning principles
