Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to develop and implement initiatives for improving population health outcomes
• Design programs that promote preventative care and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with care teams and cross-functional teams to measure and report on program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL, SAS, and Power BI
• 5 years of experience working with large and detailed data sets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in managed care or population health
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and fingerprinting
