Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategic partners to launch and scale high-quality, skill-aligned content
• Partner with subject matter experts to define learner outcomes and create hands-on assessments
• Utilize performance analytics to deliver evidence-based recommendations for content improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creating online learning experiences with senior-level partners
• 3+ years of STEM experience, including proficiency in at least one programming language
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform learning outcomes
• Proficiency in using Generative AI for learning design and content development
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
