Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Consultant to join their Learning & Leadership Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, identifying performance gaps and recommending innovative learning solutions
  • Lead discovery efforts to uncover root causes and apply systems thinking to drive impactful solutions
  • Manage learning projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience
  • Seven years of prior work experience in learning and development or related areas
  • Proven ability to connect systems and functions to drive enterprise-aligned solutions
  • Experience in navigating ambiguity and adapting to fast-paced environments
  • Passion for empowering individuals and organizations through learning and transformation
