Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT Pharmacy System Support Analysts
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of incidents related to business-critical applications
• Collaborate with teams to manage pharmacy system updates and ensure proactive monitoring of system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Solid understanding of application monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of database technologies and server operating systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS applications
