Senior IT Application Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Application Engineer for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software and service relationships and contracts with major vendors
• Administrate the IS and IAM tech stack with specialization in Okta, Gsuite, Atlassian, Obsidian, and Slack
• Coordinate across teams to design and manage effective internal SaaS deployments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical support experience
• 7+ years managing IT environments
• A Masters in Computer Science or its equivalent
• Expertise with macOS and Windows, and familiarity with Linux
• Experience in high-growth IT environments ($50-200M ARR range)
