A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to drive strategic communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the internal communications strategy, ensuring clarity and alignment across all channels
• Manage the Weekly All Hands and internal newsletter, keeping teams informed and engaged
• Develop executive communications and build frameworks for repeatable communication processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal or executive communications, preferably in a high-growth tech or remote-first environment
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for translating complex topics into clear language
• Experience managing large-scale internal events, including All Hands and company summits
• Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively
• High emotional intelligence and judgment in high-stakes communication situations
