Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to lead influencer campaigns for its Music Label.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement influencer-driven music promotion strategies for original tracks and managed artists
• Oversee the full campaign cycle, including sourcing, negotiations, creative brief writing, and reporting
• Manage campaign budgets, track performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive promotion

Required Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, particularly in music and artist promotion
• Proven track record of executing medium- to large-scale campaigns
• Strong ability to attract, negotiate with, and manage influencers at various levels
• Solid understanding of social media and music platform dynamics
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
