Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Healthcare Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims, EMR, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improved care delivery and cost management
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting pipelines using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Azure Data Services
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality and contribute to program performance and regulatory reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare analytics role, focusing on claims, clinical, or utilization analysis
• Fluency in SQL, preferably T-SQL, with experience in analyzing large datasets in cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of healthcare data types, including CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and risk adjustment
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar platforms
• Track record of working in cross-functional teams, ideally in a value-based care or managed care environment
