Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 years of related experience
• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics or benefits consulting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and analytics software such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with healthcare claims data and population health improvement strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
