Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HCM Reporting & Analytics Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to understand business requirements
• Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions while supporting multiple customers on short-duration projects
• Deliver additional services such as webinars, consulting guidance, and tenant reviews to enhance customer feature adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional experience in HCM Reporting software solutions or systems
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing applications like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar
