Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive product adoption and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Activation and Adoption roadmap, identifying and prioritizing high-value opportunities
• Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand usage and needs, and reduce friction in the product
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize key conversion points and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve product adoption goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Growth initiatives
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth and improving product activation
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical significance
• Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and product-led sales (PLS) motions
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
