A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital performance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Manage and mentor a team of channel managers while setting clear goals and providing support
• Lead strategy for Meta and drive landing page optimization for improved conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Performance Marketing roles at high-growth, DTC-driven organizations
• Strong understanding of the Growth landscape with expertise in at least 2 digital channels
• Experience managing teams and helping them grow in their roles
• Highly analytical with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Deep knowledge of ad and website performance reporting and analytics platforms
