A company is looking for a Senior Growth Designer / Landing Page Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on high-performing landing pages across multiple formats
• Apply conversion psychology principles to maximize landing page impact
• Rapidly create multiple variations for A/B testing and collaborate with teams to optimize funnel performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing high-converting DTC/eCommerce landing pages
• Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology
• Experience with paid traffic funnels and improving metrics like CVR, AOV, and ROAS
• Ability to design across various landing page types
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable performance outcomes from landing page work
