Senior EHR Integration Engineer - job 2 of 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. EPIC EHR Integration Engineer to design, develop, and integrate Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain EHR solutions using React.js for frontend and Python for backend services
• Integrate with third-party healthcare APIs, systems, and vendor platforms
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare regulations while implementing security controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in healthcare-related applications
• Proven experience with React.js, Python, and AWS services such as Lambda and API Gateway
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards including HIPAA, HITECH, HL7, and FHIR
• Experience with EPIC systems and bi-directional information flow in healthcare
