Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Statistical Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for statistical analyses across the organization
• Lead and mentor a team of statisticians and quantitative analysts
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define analytics goals and ensure statistical rigor

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in statistical analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing statistical teams and driving data strategy at a senior level
• Deep knowledge of statistical methods including regression, Bayesian inference, and experimental design
• Proficiency in statistical software and languages (e.g., R, Python, SAS, STATA)
