Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead the End-to-End Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, vision, and execution for the End-to-End Experience product team
• Partner across product areas and functions to enhance customer experience
• Define and drive a roadmap that spans onboarding, navigation, and long-term engagement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven ability to define and deliver cross-functional product strategies
• Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and experience design
• Experience leading teams focused on onboarding and engagement
• Background in consumer subscription products or digital ecosystems is a plus
