Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI platforms and tools to enhance trading experiences and operational efficiency
• Identify and execute high-value AI initiatives with measurable ROI and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and streamline AI implementation processes

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years at the Senior Director level in fintech or regulated financial services
• Proven record of delivering AI/ML-powered products or large-scale workflow automation with quantifiable business impact
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Data Science, MBA) is preferred
• Deep domain expertise in brokerage operations or broker-dealer technology
• Experience navigating SEC/FINRA compliance frameworks for AI solutions
