Senior Debt Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Debt Sales Program Manager to lead the management of its debt sales program and external debt buyer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with debt buyers and ensure adherence to Purchase & Sale Agreements (PSAs)
• Coordinate delivery of obligations under PSAs and resolve issues related to sales
• Track and forecast sales expectations and manage post-sale support obligations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managing relationships with external partners in a program management capacity
• Experience building cross-functional relationships with internal teams
• Deep understanding of debt market dynamics, including key buyers and market pricing
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex processes
• Familiarity with Purchase & Sale Agreements (PSAs) and legal compliance
