Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced statistical models and measurement methodologies to evaluate marketing effectiveness and campaign performance
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure robust data pipelines for modeling and analytics
• Translate complex modeling outcomes into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or marketing analytics
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and modeling; experience with Python or R preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
