Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to provide technical and professional support to the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design data modeling processes and create algorithms and predictive models for data analysis
• Manipulate large clinical and operational data sets to identify trends and draw conclusions
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve research goals and draft necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Data Science or related field with extensive coursework in relevant disciplines
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the field or a PhD in a related area
• Experience in Topological Data Analysis, operations research, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Proficient in data extraction and analysis using SQL and Oracle
• Experience presenting research at scientific meetings and publishing in peer-reviewed journals is preferred
