Senior Data Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Reliability Engineer who will manage database infrastructure and enhance data system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the reliability and observability of data systems across multiple technologies
• Build automation and tooling to support developers and manage PostgreSQL databases and Redis instances
• Collaborate with development teams to promote best practices and ensure system uptime

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly Google Cloud Platform
• Deep experience administering production databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with Helm, Kubernetes workloads, and custom K8s operators
• Experience in building and maintaining tools for internal development teams
• Proven ability to lead the execution of strategic projects
