Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst responsible for data management and analysis within VHA systems to support VA's EHRM program.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and analyze data using advanced algorithms and present findings to influence business models
• Monitor data pipelines, perform root cause analysis, and define enterprise data quality rules
• Lead data stewardship efforts and ensure compliance with VA/VHA standards while certifying dashboards for integrity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, governance, and enterprise reporting, preferably in federal healthcare
• Master's degree
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
• Familiarity with data governance tools like Microsoft Purview and Collibra
• Eligibility for Public Trust clearance and U.S. work authorization
