Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with a proven track record in managing high-value accounts
• Experience in building executive-level relationships and influencing across organizations
• Strong background in leading multi-stakeholder implementations and change management
• A data-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
• Experience in procurement, AP automation, or fintech industries is a plus
