Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, and in-app messaging
• Conduct A/B testing and analysis to enhance marketing and transactional workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop personalized customer journeys and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing CRM programs from conception to analysis
• Strong experience with Iterable and dynamic scripting language (handlebars)
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, list management, and deliverability
• Passion for data-driven marketing with excellent analytical skills
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
