Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM acquisition strategy across various channels, including email, push, SMS, and in-app messages
• Build and scale the lead generation program, including SMS opt-in strategies
• Analyze CRM funnel KPIs to optimize customer engagement experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5-8 years of experience in CRM & Lifecycle, with subscription experience preferred
• Experience using customer insights to inform business strategies
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Braze, Iterable, or Marketo
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email client basics is a plus
