A company is looking for a Senior Designer, Conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative, consumer-centric conversational interfaces for voice interactions and chatbots
• Act as a subject matter expert for product and engineering teams, representing the design process
• Analyze user interaction transcripts to create consumer-centric conversational experiences

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in conversation design or related writing discipline
• Working knowledge of Conversational AI and prompt design
• Proven ability to distill consumer insights and anticipate consumer needs
• Experience crafting conversations that align with strategy and brand standards
• Proven record of ownership and urgency in problem solving and decision-making
