Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant to join their Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform post-sale technical implementation, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration
• Conduct complex tasks independently while consulting with clients to understand their business objectives
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress and maintain effective communication

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a master's degree, including 3+ years in account management, relationship management, or product management
• Prior experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers is desired
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsers
