Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of Design Thinking and Lean Startup concepts to manage various projects
• Integrate customer-empathy insights and design-thinking techniques to shape solutions and influence strategy
• Provide independent solutions across the organization to complete new projects and mentor less-experienced colleagues

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of related experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of design-thinking and human-centered design methodologies
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments requiring adaptability and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
