Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Analyst (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and send out customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and reconcile billing discrepancies and investigate billing inquiries from customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and assist with month-end closing activities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing or accounting role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in company accounting software (e.g., Netsuite and Salesforce) preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills with willingness to guide team members
