Key Responsibilities

• Leverage internal and third-party data to identify opportunities for growth strategies
• Construct reporting ETL and processes using SQL
• Maintain and enhance internal reporting and dashboards for agents and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of analytics or data science experience in a business environment
• 1+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C business preferred
• Insurance experience preferred, particularly in property & casualty
• Expert in SQL, able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets
