Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop agentic workflows using LLMs for real-world task execution
• Create customization layers for organization-specific logic and build AI pipelines with evaluation and monitoring
• Orchestrate multi-agent systems and work on AI system infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of machine learning experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and 2+ years with LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Experience in building and deploying production AI systems, including RAG and vector search
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI safety, and content filtering best practices
• Expert-level experience in Rails (3+ years), including REST APIs, PostgreSQL, ActiveRecord, and RSpec
• Ability to lead AI integration in full-stack environments and collaborate across teams
