Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash for assigned properties and prepare timely financial reports
• Conduct month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy of invoices and entries
• Compile and analyze financial information for management reports and assist in special projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Experience with Enterprise Financial Systems such as JDE, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion
• Real estate experience is a plus
