As an independent player, we support OEMs and suppliers with personal engineering services. • Lead co-engineering and industrial development to optimize product and process design for manufacturability.

• Ensure transferability of industrial activities by applying standard processes.

• Oversee industrialization efforts during tendering, development, pre-serial, and serial production phases.

• Manage special processes and critical operations to ensure product safety and reliability.

• Drive adherence to industrial assumptions, costing, and validations at the tender stage.

• Implement standard processes, technologies, and solutions during project execution.

• Validate industrial scope at each development milestone and ensure readiness for serial production.

• Supervise documentation, ERP data quality, and timely delivery.

• Oversee timely implementation of manufacturing equipment in alignment with EHS, ergonomics, and project targets.

• Promote continuous improvement and production support.

• Manage team capacity, skills development, and workload forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and actively participate in management committees.

• Contribute to internal process improvement and network collaboration.

Educational Requirements:

• Technical education background.

• Proven management skills.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Desired Knowledge / Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of industrial experience, preferably in the railway industry within an international context.

• Experience managing engineering and technical teams.

• Strong knowledge in process engineering, manufacturing instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing.

• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for BoM, routing, and configuration management.

• Understanding of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems.
