Job Summary

A company is looking for an SDR Manager to build and manage the outbound sales development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and launch outbound campaigns, including ICP segmentation and A/B testing
  • Own and report on SDR performance metrics and pipeline goals
  • Recruit, train, and retain top SDR talent while fostering a culture of experimentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience leading an SDR team and 2-3 years of outbound quota experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team targets
  • Fluency in HubSpot CRM/Sales Hub or Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
  • Ability to balance coaching with strategic planning
  • Must be based in the United States and thrive in a fully remote environment
