Scientific Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific Manager in Global Medical Communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation, accuracy, and scientific rigor of all deliverables from concept to delivery
• Mentor and guide writers and scientific staff while managing timelines, resources, and budgets
• Act as the strategic link between product development plans and deliverables, building relationships with clients and experts

Qualifications:

• PHD preferred, but other advanced Doctorate Degrees will be considered
• Minimum of 5-6 years in high-level content development, with at least 3 years as a Senior Medical Writer
• Agency experience in medical publications/communications strongly preferred
• CMPP/MAPPS certification is a plus
• Proven client relationship, mentoring, and leadership skills
