A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist who will manage the scheduling of inpatient and outpatient procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize the flow of patients by accurately inputting surgical procedures and preference cards
• Coordinate the admission process and scheduling of surgical procedures as the key contact within the department
• Maintain medical records and assist in orienting new staff on scheduling processes

Required Qualifications

• Previous medical clerical experience
• Understanding of medical terminology
