SCA/DBA Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SCA/DBA Compliance Analyst to support compliance activities related to the Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SCA/DBA processes efficiently and in a timely manner
• Research and respond to inquiries requiring detailed knowledge of SCA/DBA programs
• Advise on decisions that support engagement and compliance with regulations and policy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience with 2 years' experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience involving Government Contracts
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
