SASMAR is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our vibrant team. As a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, such as our popular Conceive Plus brand, we serve customers in over 70 countries through various distribution channels, including hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets, and clinics.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, optimizing sales processes, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Your efforts will help ensure seamless operations and improve efficiency, thereby directly impacting our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily sales operations and ensure the sales team is equipped to meet performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency and drive growth.
- Analyze sales metrics and data to identify areas for optimization and recommend actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on processes, tools, and systems.
- Manage sales forecasting and performance reporting to provide insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Foster a collaborative, motivated, and performance-driven sales culture.
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives focused on sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
