We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Associate to support our business operations, project coordination, and client engagement efforts. Duties
Client Engagement & Communication
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are clearly set and met.
Project Coordination
- Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring deadlines and milestones are visible and up to date.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, scheduling project updates, and documenting action items.
- Track resource availability and work closely with the team to align task allocations.
- Support the preparation and delivery of project status reports and dashboards.
Research & Documentation
- Analyze industry trends, client verticals, and relevant market data to support business development strategies.
- Assist with compiling case studies, success stories, and customer reference materials.
- Document internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repeatable workflows.
- Help prepare internal review reports and team performance summaries.
Sales & Proposal Support
- Coordinate RFP/RFQ responses and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Manage proposal version control and maintain a centralized repository of sales documents.
- Prepare pricing breakdowns, implementation timelines, and proposal cover letters.
- Track and follow up on outstanding proposals and update CRM with next steps.
Operational Assistance
- Support payroll and invoicing activities by coordinating with the finance team.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, training sessions, and company-wide events.
- Help with basic HR tasks such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality and documentation standards.
Process Improvement & Strategy Support
- Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest automation or tool enhancements.
- Support the leadership team with ad hoc analysis and internal strategy presentations.
- Help document and track business KPIs and suggest actionable insights.
- Participate in internal audits or compliance tracking when needed.
- Coordinate client onboarding activities and ensure timely delivery of welcome materials and project kick-off schedules.
- Track customer satisfaction metrics and collect feedback to improve service delivery.
- Escalate client concerns proactively and follow through to resolution.
